Well, I'm no stranger to weight loss. It was when I was younger (/coughighschoolcough) but I was on the wrestling team. I learned all the good (and bad) habits of weight loss. I know what it takes. That's why I just need to get going on it. If I do anything short than all of it, I'll slump and get lazy. I have to bullhead start the process, or I won't do it at all. No, I don't mean run a full marathon right off the bat, but I have to do all the steps in the process. My diet routine, although botched lately, is still ingrained in me. I'm back to my simplle breakfast, moderate lunch with vegetables included, and a hearty, but healthy dinner. I'm not a muscle builder, I'm focus'ing on the weight loss and some toning mixed in (purely because I have to).
If I don't do the calorie counting from NOW, I'll lose interest. Numbers rule my mind. I have to know, or I'll stop caring. If I do anything short of 100%, it'll be half-assing it and I'll be more likely to quit.
