I'm enjoy PVP & PVE and definitely like "elder" game content. I'm a big Open-World PVPer and also enjoy events like lvl 1 raids, Hide and Seek, and silly things of that nature. (Most events, although I was on Illidan for the Funeral Raid by Serenity Now if any of you know what that was... that was playing with the fine line of having fun and going too far)
Which previous MMO's or online games have you played and how long for?
My MMO career started with EverQuest which lasted a little under a year when my friend got us both into the World of Warcraft Alpha and soon after Closed Beta. Since then I was a WoW player and stopped only during WotLK, starting back up with the expansions but not staying long.
After/Along with WoW I played City of Heroes for about a year, Planetside from release until the expansion(which killed the game), LotRO Open-Beta and not long into the release, Aion Beta, GW2 Beta and still jump in from time to time but nothing serious.
Were you a part of a guild? What was your experience?
Yes, I've been in several guilds fillings tank/heal/DPS roles (Mostly Melee). I've been a simple member, to being tagged as the guild farmer (I enjoy mining and such haha), to being class leader (Rogues, WoW), to taking on officer roles such as Officer of Recruitment or Officer of Activity.
I generally found that guilds that play together and don't just raid together were much more fun and enjoyable for me.
How did you hear about the AltTabMe?
I found AltTabMe from the forums and fell in love with the fun, silly, and unique recruitment video.
What will you bring to the ALTTABME community? (Chatty? Skilled? Funny? Helping?)
Well I definitely enjoy a good conversation and will almost always be in mumble/posting on the forums when possible. I'd like to consider myself a decent at both PVE and PVP. I've done a large amount of raiding and PVP in MMO's. As far as PVP goes, I did Arenas, BGs, WvW and all that stuff but my true love is for Open-World PVP, I'll explain that later though.
How much time do you spend a week on games?
I normally will spend over 20 hours a week gaming and probably another 5-10 hours a week just on forums or Mumble/Vent/TS while doing other things.
Is there anything else you would like to throw in here at the end?
I started a few threads to get a sense of the activeness and thinking of the community. I must say that I'm really impressed with this community and look forward to being apart of it.
Have you finished all of the prerequisite requirements?
Yes (I read and replied to the rules, I understand I must be active on the forums to stay on the roster, and I have a minimum of 1-2 posts(other than this application), and I made sure those posts weren't just bullshit)
