I never had guild support for anything but raiding on a consistent basis. I'd run dungeons with friends but usually not a whole group. I'm starting to look forward to having a better than usual pool of people to play with.I wouldn't be surprised at all if the dungeons will be pug unfriendly. Carbine wants the stuff to be an achievement to overcome, and skill to win out over showing up with the right gear.
An hour sounds about right to me and I like that it will take skill and communication to win.

Also though some of my best memories are carrying pugs and watching people drop while the last couple of us kite 3-5 elites until we either kill them and are able to res or the group is able to corpse run back to the fight. Always a great feeling to pull off something like that and stand out on your server. Well, back when that sort of thing mattered. I plan to never do cross server dungeon queue unless it's absolutely necessary like having a 2 hour wait time on a heroic 5 man. I can't wait do some real hard mode PvE again! One of the things I'm most excited about and haven't experienced since WoW BC.
