Got a new laptop, would it work alright?

I just got a Retina Macbook Pro (base model w/ 16gb ram). How well do you think it would run GW2? I only got because I prefer Macs for school (long battery life), and my current one is starting to show its age. I already play GW2 on my actual gaming machine, but it'd be nice to be able to run it on my laptop as well. Do you think it could run it on max, or near max settings?

It should run it. NO WHERE NEAR MAX

It'll work out, but the 640M isn't powerful enough to run it at max.

EDIT:
The GPU is a GT 650M so this should work out.
Check out this video and you'll know what I mean.

About 40-60 FPS with textures on medium and at a "lower than native" resolution.
Seems to look good too.
