To me it looks like I've accidentally made a troll build
Tough, fast and annoying with all the control.
Is there such a thing as too much speed? How much will I suffer without any low CD stunbreaks? Should I throw out the speed stuff from Air or heals stuff from Water in favour of 20% attunement recharge speed? Does this build even work?
I haven't played Ele at all, so no idea what I'm doing here. Share your wisdom and harsh words, people!
