What role do you wish to play in the guild? For example: PvP, PvE, Casual/Social
Casual social with elements of PvP and PvE. In the past I have mostly been a PVE player in MMO's (WoW/SWTOR) however I would like to expereince what guild wars has to offer in the various forms of PVP.
Which previous MMO's or online games have you played and how long for?
SWTOR - 4-5 months? Mostly "raiding" with some pvp
WoW: About 4 years. End Game Raiding
Were you a part of a guild? What was your experience?
During my years of WoW had a great guild experience. Looking back, it;s the relationships that i made with guild mates that I remember rather than the actual game, when thinking back to vanilla WoW. Getting to know a core group of people really motivated me to play the game more than I would have had I not been in such a social and friendly guild. I feel that Arcanix will have this kind of atmosphere after watching the podcasts and reading over the alttabme forums.
How did you hear about the Guild?
While researching GW2 I came across the podcasts and have been a weekly observer.
What will you bring to the ALTTABME community? (Chatty? Skilled? Funny? Helping?)
Support, willingness to help others, companionship. I want to play a support-focused guardian so that I can be a strengthening force in our pre-made groups.
Will Arcanix be the only guild you join?
Yes. I would rather be fully immersed with one group rather than shallow involvement with multiple guilds.
Is there anything else you would like to throw in here at the end?
You guys have some great personalities, from what I've seen on the forums and podcasts, and its been an atmosphere that I feel like I could be apart of. I think that being apart of a guild with all of you would make the guild wars 2 experience more enjoyable and keep me playing for years to come. Thanks again for your consideration and can't wait for the next cast.
