After careful calculation and researching I've converted a how tall a human height is compare to in-game character creation. Here is a guide. If you roleplay and really reallly want your character to be at a certain height here is how to do it.
On the character creation screen to select how tall your char is, you simply slide the slider, but how tall is your character? The slider seems smooth, but there are really ticks-marks, 16 of them in total including the lowest and the heighest. The following the corresponding "normal" - average human height with respect to these ticks.
