I would like to play a bit of both, but mainly PVE. However I will be a casual player due to work (takes a lot out of your time when you make games!)
Which previous MMO's or online games have you played and how long for?
The original Guild Wars was my first MMO that I played. I only played for a couple of months due to my work friends trying to pull me away to play Warcraft.
I have been playing Warcraft right up from release until 2010 and then I had enough of the game and quit. For the past two years, I’ve been trying to find a MMO that doesn’t copy/paste or feel like all the previous MMOs. I had been playing Aion, Tera KR, Rift, SWTOR and none have grabbed my attention until Guild Wars 2!
How did you hear about the Guild?
On Facebook and from another source (I cannot say!)
What will you bring to the ALTTABME community? (Chatty? Skilled? Funny? Helping?)
A positive, motive and friendly attitude and will be always willing to help others and join in on the fun!
Will Arcanix be the only guild you join?
Yes! I have no plans to join any other guilds
Is there anything else you would like to throw in here at the end?
Since playing all the other MMO games in the past (excluding Guild wars 1) the community as a whole mainly WoW’s community plus the content of the games has disappointed me and made me look down over all on the whole MMO genre. I guess I had some bad run-ins with terrible and nasty people. I decided to play the games on my own and do my own thing.
Not really fun but I’ve been desperately looking for a MMO that takes the whole genre to a new level, something that doesn’t repeat the same stuff over and over like the previous games. A guild that also connects with the community, a community that shows, respect, a mature attitude, is friendly and fun.
Now from what I have experienced, heard and seen I can’t miss up this opportunity in GW2 and this guild which has shown me it will deliver on what so many MMO players have been dying for!
My American friends have told me to play on US servers when playing MMOs as the player base are far more decent than EU, I couldn't agree more!
