Good evening AltTabMe. My name is Daniel. I was born and raised in North Carolina which is were I plan to stay. I'm a single father of one outstanding 10 year old girl and long time gamer. My alter ego in just about every game I play is Brigga. The story behind that name isn't all that interesting, but I'll tell it anyway. I, like so many, played Word of Warcraft. I began playing during launch but wasn't ever very good at character names. I started by deciding I wanted to make an Orc hunter. After debating on a name for several minutes I decided to use the random name button. Brigga was the first name it generated. I looked at it hard because to me it stuck out. I said it out loud over and over then with more of an orcish voice. It sounded good and powerful and thus my very first level 60 character was born. After playing WoW for 7+ years I decided I had just had enough. So I coordinated with my guild leader and he understood.

I'm some what of a reptile enthusiast as well. Currently I house 3 bearded dragons 2 of which I hope to start a breeding project with. Have a custom built enclosure I'm working to build for either a tegu or a snake, species undecided. My girlfriend is into snake, but i'm more of a lizard kind of guy.

Some what of a mechanic, but it's more of a hobby. I have a 1969 f100 pickup I've been working on. Pulled the motor stripped it down to the block and rebuilt it.

I enjoy all types of music. I've been known to pick a lick or two on my guitar. Anything from metal to bluegrass.

I'm not one to hide things so if you have any questions feel free to ask.

Welcome, glad to see a hello post from ya.

We have a few other reptile fans here. One guy has a savannah monitor, and I used to have snakes and monitors, and worked at a reptile pet store. I looked into tegus at one point. They are pretty, but I hear kind of boring. Monitors and iguanas have more personality. I hate green iguanas though, some of the other types like rhino iguanas are amazing. The problem with monitors and iguanas is they can get big enough to need a HUGE enclosure. As for snakes my favorite 2 that I owned was an amethestine python and some green tree pythons. Both amazing beautiful snakes, but mean as hell. Always trying to bite me. Colombian boas, ball pythons and corn snakes can all be incredible friendly snakes if you put in tons of time to handle them every day and interact. That way they feel like you are not a threat, and/or only there when its time to bite stuff.

sweetloaf is a reptile enthusiast as well. Hello and welcome! post some pictures of your lizards in the thread!

Thanks for the welcome. I'll get to posting some pictures. I have an album on my google+ i'll just select a couple good shots and post there here.

Welcome! I enjoy reptiles as well, but I doubt the gf would ever consent to getting one haha

Welcome to the club and yes! The scaly bastards hold a dear place in my heart. I definitely recommend a tegu over a snake. They're much more hands-on and are whipsmart!

Welcome to the site. Im sure you'll enjoy it here. I love reptiles and I used to have a couple of Iguanas before I moved around a while back and had to get rid of them. Shame, really I miss them!
