What role do you wish to play in the guild? For example: PvP, PvE, Casual/Social
Throughout my experiences with MMO's I have found that no matter what types of activities I do I find them much more enjoyable if its apart of a group effort, and I hope to play any role that helps the guild.
My first love is PVE, and its what I have always spent most of my time doing. I work full time and have a wife and daughter so my days of dungeon runs every weekday night and all day saturday and sunday play are now over. But, I'm still able to be active most nights and usually the most weekends.
I also enjoy being casual and socializing with other players through in game chat and teamspeak, I know you guys use mumble, and I'll get that if I am accepted. Whatever I'm doing, its much more fun if your with others talking it through, especially doing anything that requires the concerted efforts of the group.
Finally, I like PvP but haven't had as much experiences with it as I have PVE. But, I do plan to do more PvP as time allows.
Which previous MMO's or online games have you played and how long for?
MMO's/Online Games that I have played:
I am actually old enough to play BBS games using dial-up modems back in like 1993. The game was called Trade Wars and it was like something I had never experienced. Playing a video game against someone else who I didn't know and was a real person. I was hooked from then on. I also played Doom when it went online for the first time, I made maps and my friends and I had a lot of fun playing over the internet.
Here are the major titles I've played for significant time, but I am a PC gaming addict, but Its under control...for the most part.
Starcraft I and II (10+ years)

Diablo I, II, III (maybe a combined 3-4 years)

Were you a part of a guild? What was your experience?
In Wow I was in 6 guilds. Overall my experience in guilds has been great. I loved raiding with a large group of people for countless nights. Learning fights, making good friends, having laughs and making memories.
Don't get me wrong there were bad times as well. I've been in guilds where the GM just got pissed and kicked everyone. I've been a guild master myself, and lead raids only to have key guild members leave after getting the gear they wanted.
That is why I like GW2 so much more than WoW. Your not dependent on gear as much therefore people aren't as inclined to come just for gear then leave. I play for the experience of the game. The strategy, tactics, teamwork, communication and fun of playing in a guild is why I play this game.
How did you hear about the Guild?
One day I was looking for a GW2 podcast about making money in GW2 and came across the videos you guys made. When I heard that you were accepting applications in the video I went to check it out on the website. Being that I have been in guilds before and lead a guild before I was impressed by the way you expressed the kinds of people that you are looking for in this guild.
What will you bring to the ALTTABME community? (Chatty? Skilled? Funny? Helping?)
I will bring intelligence, a strong sense of humor, common sense, excitement and experience/maturity. I am able to think things through and follow a complex set of ideas both in game and out. I love to laugh make stupid jokes, and blow off steam by being silly. I am able to make decisions that make sense consistently both in game and out. I am excited about the possibilities this game has to offer. Finally, I'm 34 years old and have been playing online games for the last 20. I've learned a thing or two and will use that experience to help out anyway that I'm giving the opportunity to. Also, I will take the initiative to look for ways to help out rather than just wait till someone asks.
Will Arcanix be the only guild you join?

Is there anything else you would like to throw in here at the end?
First, this is my reapplication so I hope that my app is improved enough to warrant a chance.
Second, I am on Blackgate and I'm in a small guild now, but I'm not happy with the guild. The leader of the guild is really immature, yelling alot on teamspeak, just leaving the group in the middle of a dungeon because he pissed, wasting time. And, I'm looking for a better place to be. I've already said this but I'll say it again, I really like the direction this group seems to be moving and look forward to helping out where I can.
