Praise the Sun!
[Tab]bers. I'm looking to start up a Smite Night where people know what game we will be playing and at what time. It will be a casual thing that people can come as they please.

Come play some fun MOBA action. We'll try to do some interguild stuff if we have enough people showing up. Otherwise we will just queue up as randoms and roll face.

All skill levels welcome! If you've never played Smite before it is a free 2 play MOBA that is really easy to pick up. We will be happy to help explain a few strategies and tips.

Mumble will be required for this event.
 
If we can get a solid 10 people, we can do full 5v5 matches! We can make custom games. We won't gain exp/favor as quickly, but it will be A LOT of fun!

I do recommend that if we do this and we get 10 people, we can do a "Pick Teams" system and then get into separate mumble channels. Hell, we can do it at 6/8/10 and then if there are 12, do sets of 3v3's and tourney it up.

If we have an odd-man-out situation, we can figure that out accordingly.
 
Yes, there are a lot of different possibilities to this all depending on how many people show up. I am only running it for 2 hours just because I don't want it to take up everyone's evening and it is a weeknight. I also plan to run these often so 2 hours here and there will be enough.
 
I'll be there...that's my first night of vacation. I warn you now though..intoxication will occur, especially after this work week.

I would play, but LCS super week starts tomorrow and will run till friday so I'll be watching the games instead of gaming.
 
Sounds like fun! I promise to keep my pissing and moaning to a minimum if we play the map where you get a random god (Assault I think?). :)

In custom matches, you can make any game mode a random god choice or not random. Glad to have your approval of randoms though :)
 
I think limiting this to two hours is a good thing. Its meant to be fun and people will be able to committing 2 hours of their day to do it.

I'm not sure what kind of matches we are going to get into, but I hope for a different mix. We can probably get in a good 3-4 games in the 2 hours.
 
I'm not going to fully commit because a few of my friends had tentative plans that night, but I'll try to hop on! Someone text me and remind me in case I get sucked into Skyrim again?
 
I might be able to go, I think I may get off work right when it starts, or I may be scheduled for a late shift that day. I gotta check when I go in tomorrow.

Cameron said he'd like to join, but it appears that only [Tab] members can post here, that means Ginyu can't either. I told Cam to just post on Simp's status that he'd like to join.
 
They can see but can't post? That would be because of our policy of having events being for members only in the GW2 days and limited access of the forums to members only. Seeing as how this is our "get to know people" stage I'll see what I can do about account access for "non-members".

They can see the event posted but can't even open the event, according to what he said in the chat box.
 
I figured, because if you were around, you'd have talked to him about it in chat, figured I'd relay.
 
Anyone who can record this should. It would be a great thing to go back and watch especially if its all site people.

I'm sure Bruce will be streaming and maybe I'll record some of the matches if not. Stupid Comcast and their shitty internet.
