WoW - 8 years / Aion - 3 years / Guild Wars 2 - coming up on 1 year / Star wars old republic - I lasted like 3 months / Tera - about 2 months / League of legends - going on 4 years / Counter strike - 9 years +

Were you a part of a guild? What was your experience?
In WoW I was part of <Bad> on Dragonmaw Horde. Server firsts for every raid during BC and Wrath and a little of Cata until we disbanded.

How did you hear about the AltTabMe?
Wildstar Podcast

What will you bring to the ALTTABME community? (Chatty? Skilled? Funny? Helping?)
Uber social / Once I get comfortable around a group of people I can be really funny and entertaining / Skilled in PvP (Gladiator on my priest and druid during Wotlk) I would be someone who would love to strategize and discuss tactics for battlegrounds arenas and warplots and also pvp skill builds and such.

How much time do you spend a week on games?
Over 5-7 hours in the late afternoon into late night.

Is there anything else you would like to throw in here at the end?
I fucking love lasagna oh and the forum reply

Have you finished all of the prerequisite requirements?
Yes (I read and replied to the rules, I understand I must be active on the forums to stay on the roster, and I have a minimum of 1-2 posts(other than this application), and I made sure those posts weren't just bullshit)
 
I appreciate the application, but at the moment we know nothing about you. I'm sorry, but we're much more than just a guild, but a social community. Before we can accept any (or even consider accepting) we need to know more about you than the fact that you fucking love lasagna :p

Hang around the community, talk to people, and post around the site. Let us get to know you (and you get to know us!).

I am going to say, you are close to getting in. But here is what we need to see: A clear understanding that we are not just a Wildstar guild, but a gaming community. That we have Rules and Guidelines and things like NDA's cannot be broken on this site. Had one read those rules and guidelines, even just the titles of the posts in that section, it would have been avoided. :) You handled the fact that we called you on it well though and that shows a lot. ;)

Love your posts, love your enthusiasm. So just sit down, take a deep breath, grab a beer, and enjoy vs bouncing off the wildstar walls and I think you will fit right in :)

Ok since you'd like to know a bit more about me I'll tell ya!

Welp my name is Michael and I live in Mass. Currently I live alone and have a 15 year old cat that is starting to get sick, so things have been a bit rough lately, but I am getting some blood work done on her and hopefully we can medicate her so her twilight years are a little more comfortable. During the school year I work at UMASS Amherst, I manage a computer lab and I am leading an IT team for the linguistics dept. I am laid off this summer but will go back to work in Sept. I also work on movie sets as a carpenter. Movies I have worked on: Grown ups 1 & 2, R.I.P.D, That's my boy, The Heat, Edge of Darkness, and am currently working on The Judge starring Robert Downey Jr.

I love anime and manga, reading (all types of books though sci-fi and fantasy are my favs) Ultimate Frisbee, I have a passion for music and I write lyrics and love to sing. I also love to write poetry. I am not super outdoorsy BUT I love to swim. I am really just a social dude, I love chatting and joking around and I struggle to stay positive at all times. I really am just a helper, I love to help and am very curious by nature so I tend to ask a lot of questions.

Lastly, after attending PAX EAST this past march I have been wanting to get into the gaming industry in some way. I've been gaming as far back as I can remember. Thought I'm not huge into console gaming anymore I have a love for the old systems.

 
Well, I already cleared up anything I wanted to discuss :) As long as you stay on top of things +1! It'll be nice to have a masshole I can bash a little with my superior NH mindset. XD

Haha, I look forward to it. It's nice for once to have ppl in an online community that aren't 3000 miles away. If there are any meet ups I will try to make it. Oh and I'll probably be seeing you at the next Pax east and hopefully AB as well.
