ALTTABME City - Disaster Poll

Question: Like most SC games, players can control disasters- when they happen, if they happen, or let them happen randomly. How does this work regionally? Do we all have to agree to change the disaster settings from off to random, or are they set per city? What I really want to know is if I can call in a UFO strike on my neighbor.

I'd like to go with random disasters. I think it would make the game way more fun for us and honestly, it would be fucking hilarious when it doesn't happen to YOU! Especially if someone gets cocky *cough*

Yeah I like random disasters it will also help us come together as a community to help each other out.

Random Disasters (causing us to aid those in need)
Manual Disasters where we can blow our own shit up at will
or Sandbox no disasters?

Edit: I voted before I read the comments in this thread (the poll was in another thread, but Tristan just merged them a minute ago). While I voted for "manual disasters", reading your comments regarding disasters actually make 'em sound like they could be a lot of fun!
