This could possibly be something worth attending... Or I suppose it could be a complete waste of time as well. Seems like an interesting idea, though.

Welcome!

The crew over at LND / SVG has decided to organize Wildstar Town Hall in order to provide quality feedback to the Carbine development team on the current trendy / controversial topics that are being discussed within the community. This data will be collected from all relevant sources that are made available and will be officially presented to the Carbine team once both Town Hall meetings have convened. There will be two meetings held so to allow as many groups to participate. Take note that these meetings will be held via TeamSpeak 3 voice communication.

We want to hear what you have to say! Be sure to provide adequate information regarding your interest /concern & where your group stands on said topic.

If you are a guild, an organization, or a fansite for Wildstar and wish to participate, please leave a comment below with the name of your group & remember to provide the name of up to 2 (max) representatives that will be attending.

If you are not a guild member, in an organization, or a fansite for Wildstar, please voice your interest /concern by posting a comment below as well. Everyone's voice matters!

Right? I mean, if anything we'll get that little extra bit of exposure for our community within the larger community. Plus I love these kinds of things to discuss mechanics.

Yes sir! And I agree, it's good to let the community know who we are! Helps us establish ourselves once the game is released, and gets the right kind of players interested.

I might go to listen in on what's up if they have server room to see what everyone has to say.

If not I will go back to my World Domination plans.

I'm pretty excited to see some direct fan to developer communication. I really hope they'll be willing to answer the community and be up for some real open and honest gameplay discussion.

My understanding is that this isn't direct fan to developer contact. It looks like it's a third party group is holding Town Hall meetings to gather questions, not provide answers. They will then submit those questions to Carbine and *hope* for answers.

Could be a fun way to interact with the WildStar community, though. Hopefully Carbine will address the questions that are brought up.

Well either way it will at least be a good networking opportunity!

Kel hit this one on the head. BUT, looking at who's already involved, it's some pretty big names in the community. I'll throw our hat in the ring soon (next couple days).

I would try to be in on this, but I will be on vacation at the time. We should have a good presence there though.

Someone should record it, so that those of us who can't go or can't fit into the server, can hear it. :)
